They used to be free

@hasanfachrul I don’t think it’s fair to give a plugin 1 star just because they’re being a business. There’s no such thing as “free” and they have to make money somehow, otherwise it’s not sustainable.

You already get quite an awesome plugin for free, yet you expect everything to be free?

This is a review right? And it’s my review, isn’t? I wrote this based on my previous usage of Caldera Forms.

There are tons of plugins like Caldera Forms (and they are “awesome” too) and yes, I’ve moved on from this plugin.

It is not about fair or not, this is how customer/reviews works. And yeah, it’s up to the company (Caldera Forms) how to operate their business.
