They went to market too soon, too many problems and the process flow sucks!!

I have tested both free and paid version and the outcome is they went to market too soon, the plugin is totally not working, in future when you develop something in that nature have a thorough research in the industry. the following issues i picked up:
1. The patient can delete their own encounters
2. The patient can delete the reports that are uploaded by doctors
3. The patient can upload reports (that shouldn’t happen)
this is just to mention few issues and i feel like it was a total waste of money to purchase this plugin.
