Thickbox-disable resizing and kpicasa-changing gallery-thumbnail-sizes

I need some help getting the resize-image-function in thickbox turned off. I resize my pictures myself to a size that fits my needs, and I don’t like thickbox making them even smaller and uglier.. And I’ve been trying to disable it for days now, without luck! ??

The other thing I need help to do is to make the thumbnails for the galleries in kpicasa gallery(plugin) smaller. They are huuuge now, just look: .. Huuuuuge! I want them to be about 75px.
