• I pay for the premium plugin ($199) and 2 points:

    1) I don’t have any confirmation by email.
    2) I can’t activate all modules with license keys (no error message or help).

    I contact the support 10min after via chat and they answer me “we will find a solution in a few days”. Really ? I pay and I cannot use it the same day?

    I opened a support ticket on Wednesday and they said “we’ll find a solution” and I can’t find my conversation in their website. So you ghost your customers?

    So beware, with this ridiculous team! You can find other plugins with professional support. On my side, I open a procedure to cancel the transaction with VISA.

    @fauveauxm Please note, your review here should be feedback only, if you will need support – please continue plugin seller/vendor ticket system or whatever they use. Do not use reviews for refund mediation, plugin seller o your bank/transaction system does that.
