Hi all, I’m having the same issue only with the “Other Amount” option. Is there any solution for this?

My Paypal account linked to the plugin is perfectly working with the other options.

@alejherr, do you have the latest version running in your site? If you do, can you carry out a plugin/theme conflict test.

@mbrsolution, thank you for your quick answer. I tested the plugin in a different site with one of the ThemeFusion Avada template and it’s still sending that error message from Paypal. Sometimes the plugin reponds very well and it takes me to the paypal payment page but suddenly it stop working and show the same error message: “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”

I even deactivate all of my other plugins and it’s still acting the same way.

Is your site and or server have a cache plugin running?

I just checked all that and even deleted the cache plugin from my site. The server doesn’t have any cache plugin running.

I forgot to mention, the plugin is updated to its last version 1.7

Right now it looks is properly working again. I deleted everything related to CACHE in all my directories. I still don’t know if that was the solution or not. I will keep testing and following the plugin’s functionality. If the problem persists then I will come back here.

You are most welcome. Cache plugins can sometime cause issues with other plugins, especially shopping cart and eCommerce plugins.
