“thinking” box showing up

    Hello,
    i wish I can post a pic to show you, but all of a sudden today, there is a “thinking box” showing up.
    I have the trigger box at the bottom of the screen that has the option to like my facebook. Its been working for ages but today, it now has, above my fb like box, a square that has three blue bars that are “thinking/loading” (as in they are blinking as if it’s thinking to load a pic but nothing happens.)
    Any idea wth this is?! lol

    Hi,

    It sounds like the Boxzilla box itself is actually working fine, but the shortcode/plugin that you put into the box to display the like button is having some issue.

    If you want to show an image you can upload it to https://imgur.com/upload and post the link here, but posting a link to your website where we can see the problem is even better.

    However, as mentioned I’m afraid this is not a problem with Boxzilla. Maybe you could help us confirm that by putting the like button directly in a test post or page (without the Boxzilla box) and see if it has the same problem when loaded like that.
