  • Please, in your scenario, define ‘recently active’:

    Activated in current browser session?
    Activated in past hour?
    6 hours?
    Day?
    Week?
    Month?
    Year?

Please step back from your question for a moment perhaps and give that some thought?

Why not NEW INSTALLED PLUGIN ?

    Let’s try it this way:

The method(s) used by WP to count and list these items are based on certain conditions.

In this case, it’s easy to create a condition for ‘recently deactivated’, as they are not a grouping of ‘activated’ plugins. Once a plugin is activated it is added to the ‘activated’ plugins group (with a plethora of other functions then run).

In order to filter the activated plugins group, a new filter would need to be added.

If you have done so, please feel free to provide the full code to do so.

Tip: A screenshot is not useful for development purposes.
