    I am a pro-customer, purchased their service/product, I paid money to get support when needed, but that a trap. I need urgent support because their plugin broke my website, there is no any way to contact them directly what you can do is create a ticket, I created a ticket now it’s more than 24 hours they did not reply yet. even their pre-sale “chat” said they will reply after an hour.
    elementor takes money in the name of support and doesn’t provide support when needed. If you want any urgent support you should stay away from elementor and better buy divi or beaver builder, oxygen builder or any other theme builder

  • I am Extremely discussed with the plugin and the customer service is also very poor, I’ve tried to reach out to the customer care team via So-called Live chat where they reply after ages. I was informed that I will receive an email regarding my concerns and I am still currently waiting – 9 days!
    as a valued customer this is not the service I was expected to receive,
    for anyone who is interested in their product or services please do not waste your time and money here
