Third Level Menu not showing

Hi, I am trying to create a menu structure like the following:

Home > Staff > Staff member 1

the links for home and staff are working fine, but Staff member 1 doesn’t show. I have added it in the menu structure as a sub item of staff, so the structure looks like this
home
-staff
–staff member
but the third tier doesn’t show. How can I get this to show the third tier
