    Hi @artprojectgroup,

Did this error occur on our dashboard, or in the browser console?

Currently, I don’t see any error on the front-end, to debug I need to see what’s going on. If the banner still shows after the update, could you keep it that way so I can have a look?

    regards Aert

Both. In your dashboard only show that error and a notice abaout the cookie banner.

Now we are running version 4.9.1 and I’m not sure if the cookie banner was shown with 4.9.2 or 4.9.3 version. I can’t update your plugin because it isn’t possible to buy in the shop.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @artprojectgroup,

    I need to see the actual error on the front-end to debug. We can do 2 things;

    1. You can update the plugin, disable integrations one by one to see which causes the error on the front-end. If that doesn’t work there’s a safe mode under settings, which releases all scripts.

If you can tell me when you’re updating I will have a look as well, I will know what to do in 5-10 minutes.

    2. Contact us on complianz.io so we can arrange a staging environment to work this out.

    regards Aert

The error in the front-end is generated by your plugin version 4.9.2 or 4.9.3. When your plugin is deactivated or not updated after version 4.9.1 there’s no error.

    Kind regards.

As this is an error specific to your setup, we need to track down which integration is causing the issue.

To do this, you can disable the integrations in the Complianz Script Center one by one.

Are you using a Woocommerce Analytics plugin? If so, please try disabling that integration to see if that helps.

Based on the error I suspect an integration with either Woocommerce Google Analytics Pro or Woocommerce Google Analytics Integration is causing the issue. These were added in the last update.

Can you check if these integrations are enabled, and check if disabling them helps?

    We have connected:

    • Facebook for WooCommerce
    • Google Tag Manager for WordPress
    • Woocommerce Google Analytics Pro

Updated to version 4.9.4 with same issue.

After try to disabled one by one all options, same issue.

    Downgrade again to version 4.9.1.

    Kind regards.

The problem is probably the Woocommerce Google Analytics Pro integration.

Deactivating it should resolve the issue. You might need to clear your browser cache and cache on your website.

This appears to be a conflict between this integration and another woocommerce add on. We will investigate the conflict.

    Sorry but doesn’t work ??

    Downgrade again.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @artprojectgroup,

We are pretty confident that the error still appeared on your system because of caching. No need to downgrade.

We will revise this integration as mentioned by Rogier.

    Kind regards,
    Leon

@artprojectgroup, the latest update includes a fix for an issue where integrations were still active even after deactivating them. This would explain why you still had the issue even after disabling the woocommerce integration.

As this now works as intended, you should now be able to upgrade, disable the integration, after which the problem should be gone.

Updated to the latest version and the issue was fixed!

    Thank you for your support.

    Kind regards.
