Third-party SMS integration

I need to integrate an SMS platform called “Clickatell” with one of my forms in the following way:

The user fills in their form with their cellphone number and submits the form. When the form is submitted, the SMS platform is triggered to send an SMS to the cellphone number field value.

I believe this can be done with Twilio, as an add-on, but do you think it can be achieved with “Clickatell”?

I don’t mind upgrading my CFF package or using Webhooks to achieve this.

I would greatly appreciate your advice.
