Third Party Tech Support

I can no longer get into the dashboard of my site, although the site itself is working and appears to be unmolested. A new post scheduled for today even appeared on schedule. I’d like to call one of the third party support operations I find when I Google WordPress help. Can anyone suggest one that is good and not too expensive? Thanks!
