    I am working on integrating the NMI Gateway plugin for my client’s site, and I am hitting a snag while testing transactions.

    The user can select the payment method, enter their credit card info, and submit, but it immediately throws them out to an unconfigured page (ie. siteurl.com/?order=1716&token-id=445o1e3f ). They do not receive any email, and the WooCommerce order page describes the order as ‘pending payment’.

    I have also checked with the gateway itself, and the transactions are arriving, but they are also ‘in progress’, which NMI described the issue as “the third step is not being completed”.

    What might be causing this? I am reassured that the information is arriving at the gateway, but something is still missing, making it so that my client can not capture the transactions.

    Any advice and guidance would be appreciated.
