Third tier subpages in nav menu not working

  • Hello,

    I just updated to the new version of the Supernova theme, and now my 3rd tier subpages on my navigational menu do not pop out. I can see there is another menu, but when I hover my mouse over the link, nothing appears. Any suggestions?

  • The theme has been created again from scratch, so you would need to save all your menus again. Please let me know if you have any other issue. I am here to support the new version.

    Thanks, but I’m not sure what you mean. I’ve gone in and resaved all my menus, even edited and resaved, but still the third level of subpages in the nav bar will not appear. You might also count this as the fourth level of pages.

    Can I have link to your website please. And a little more detail about the issue please.

    Sorry, I can’t give you the link since it’s a protected internal site, but here’s a link to a screenshot:

    If I hover over “2015-2016 BEC Students,” “IB Information,” or “Extended Essay,” the next menu does not pop up. All other menus at this level throughout the site, also do not appear.
