    Please note that we have checked and have not faced the same issue.

    That was the reason we have offered the TeamViewer support (to check the issue in your case) which would have shorten the resolution time.

    In the case you would like we can connect and check via TeamViewer the error. Regarding the refund please note that the request has been sent to the billing team. As soon as they reply we will provide feedback.
