Publicize and Facebook: This app is still in development mode JUNE 30-22

    I get the following error if trying to post automatically from a WordPress site to Facebook, via Publicize.

    App not set up…

    This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

    But WORSE: this problem caused the deletion of ALL automatic posts sent to Facebook via this method. WTF!?

    I have the latest version WordPress 6.0 / all updated.
