• The customer signed up for the course, the order is “completed”, the customer is signed in but the lessons all say “This content is protected, please enroll course to view this content!”

I’ve cleared cache, updated to the current version. In one support query it says to tick auto enroll in course settings. According to the screenshot the auto enroll settings are under Pricing but all I see under pricing is Regular and Sale price – no auto-enroll option.

    What else can I do?

So this “magically” resolved itself. The user was accessing a free course but after I added the user to a paid course they could see lessons. Why that would be?

In addition to that, when the user logged out there is nowhere for him to login again. The default profile page said “This user does not public their profile.” So I changed the setting “Publish profile” to “User course data will be public”. Now it displays a page with a blank profile and 0 courses – but no login form.

I even tried creating a new Profile page just in case the default page wasn’t working but still the same.

I was concerned this setting meant profile information would be public so that’s why I hadn’t enabled that option. So what does it mean? And where do I find the login form?

    Hi,

    1. In the LearnPress 4.0, to enable option Auto Enroll please go to LearnPress -> Settings -> Courses -> enable option Auto Start https://prnt.sc/138x84l
    2. The Profile page will show the login/register form if you enable this option https://prnt.sc/138xaa2

    Thanks

Hi! I had created free courses on learnpress to check if it works and I also marked autostart tick as you said but still having this error “I had This content is protected, please enroll course to view this content”. Admin can view course but users getting this error even though it says that you are enrolled but still course is locked ans show this error.

    I have the same issue.
All plugins/themes are in the latest version.

The option Students will get started courses immediately after successfully purchased. is checked.

The user is with ‘subscriber’ permission.
one more issue that im having is that when someone has paid for the course and they click on ‘start now’ they get a ‘Error: Can’t Enroll course.’ message as well.

please help. losing quite a lot of time and money.
