Looks like you already had WooCommerce installed with data already setup. As in the FAQ, it’s generally better to assume that Symbiostock will convert your WooCommerce install into a media store, so this is where the issue arose.

It has been easily rectified, but I recommend you use it on a fresh install whenever possible. Symbiostock is not a WooCommerce extension; it works in conjunction with it.

You can use it on an existing site – but if you use it on a site that is already using WooCommerce, then no, I would recommend against it.

It will work with other physical goods, but not with other digital goods. Nevertheless, this is not a supported aspect of it, which is primarily where your issue arose.
