This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site- error

Hello,

I’m using mail-tags for the “From” field in the Mail configuration

[your-name]<[your-email]>

But I’m getting the “This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site.” Error!

How can I get the senders mail in this field?
What is the correct usage for this field? Can’t find it in the documentation
