    The only reason this would be happening is if your theme or another plugin is conflicting with SSP. To remedy this kind of thing you need to disable all other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme. The problem should then disappear, so the next step is to re-enable your plugins one by one until the problem appears again – then you’ll know where the conflict lies.
