This field has syntax errors

Hi,
I just updated the plugin and I had to correct some configuration issues.
The problem is I followed the article “Contact Form 7 Configuration Validator” to debug and the solutions proposed don’t work.
You proposed this for “Selectable Recipient with Pipes Error”:
Our Simple Solution
FORM section
[select* your-recipient “CEO|[email protected]”
“Sales|[email protected]”
“Support|[email protected]”]
MAIL section
To: [your-recipient]
(making the select field required ensures
you have a value in the To: field)
But I still get a “This field has syntax errors” …
Can you please help because the site is live.

And by the way in the article the solutions proposed To: [your name] <[your email]> has syntax errors I think: Isn’t it To: [your-name] <[your-email]> with an “-” ?
