"This field is required" translation

That instance is in the form validation script js/jquery.validate.min.js in the plugin’s directory. I will make that translatable in a future version but in the meanwhile you can edit that file directly. Then save a copy of your translated version in case I need to publish an update between now and then.

I managed to adjust some translations in “jquery.validate.min.js.” However there is one that I can not translate ;-(

It seems to me that this is a sentence made dynamically … right?

Thanks for the screenshots.

First, I learned that the validation script comes with a host of translation files so I will include those in the next update.

You discovered a flaw I need to correct. That phrase is stored in the options table when the plugin is installed and therefore is not affected by the translation files.

The plugin does not delete those settings upon deactivation. So you can edit that phrase manually if you are comfortable with phpMyAdmin; I can provide instructions. Otherwise, it will have to wait until I can fix it.
