This file or code is causing my website to lag

I replaced my website with mydomain.com and some numbers with xxxx for security.
Anyway, this specific thing makes my page load 5 seconds slower as i did a speed test. What is it and how do I get rid of it? I see log_human in it, so I disabled live traffic. tried again and its still there after I ran another test. So I disabled wordfence and tried again, and its still there.
