This file type is not allowed for security issues.

Hi, I have worked for two days on this problem but every solution don’t work.
I obtain the message This file type is not allowed for security issues every time that I try to upload an .xls file (yes an excel file…). Before this attempt it worked…Every plug in don’t work… someone could say me some solution?
