I’m about to open my own website using WP.
I’m just trying to decide what theme I’ll use.

I want to add a forum to it as well.
I was wondering if anyone knows what “www.ads-software.com” uses for THIS forum??
Is this a “theme” we can get (available to anyone).
I’m not an expert, so I hope my question makes sense.

I guess I should just ask: can I have a forum in MY blog that looks just like THIS forum??

1) bbpress – https://www.bbpress.org – integrates straight into wordpress
2) You can in theory, although you would too either code yourself or pay someone to do it. They probably won’t copy it exactly but will make it a likeness. (i have done a few of these, and would never copy a site exactly as your ripping someone elses work, but its fine to use the site as a base layer and modify it)
