This Forum Fails to Allow Replies

I hope the forum Admin reads this.

I tried to reply to a post and this site failed to display my post. No where did it say it was under review. I tried to re-post the reply and it recognized it as a duplicate. So it took the post but failed to display it.

I tried 2 browsers, same problem.
