This forum is a big joke!

  • I was under the impression that www.ads-software.com was for people who SELF HOST their websites or who at least know WordPress basics – troubleshooting problems, creating or editing the correct files, etc etc etc but the moderators waste their time giving solutions and code to people who don’t even have a clue where they should put or insert the same code that they receive from the moderators. I’ve been around here the last five hours waiting for a solution to an unresolved thread that I started but all the moderators do is ignore it and instead answer questions from absolute noobs who shouldn’t be crashing into their theme files in the first place. I mean, if they’ll be managing their sites, they SHOULD at least learn some basic HTML, CSS and PHP. The moderators ignore smart questions and the selfish users have nothing to contribute; they ask only questions, questions and more questions. After they get the answers, they leave, without even assisting other users to find solutions to their problems. Forums should be about skilled people offering advice to other skilled people otherwise the unskilled won’t be able to understand the skilled and the skilled won’t be able to help the unskilled.

    It’s 11:15 PM here and I’m going to catch a nap. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll have an “Aha!” moment to my problem.
