This guy is amazing!

I contacted Zack to ask him a question about a very specific customisation that I was wondering whether Woocustomizer could achieve for me.

Turned out the answer was actually “NO”, but that didn’t prevent him from offering his help once he realised that was the case. And the incredible thing is, I’m not even a fully paid up user of his plugin. Talk about an absolute gem of a human being!!

I gave him access to my WordPress Admin and he actually customised my checkout page to include some specific info that I wanted to convey to my customers when they purchase a pro-rated subscription. He even added a widget to the Admin sidebar for the page so that I could customise the wording.

What more can I say Zack, but you are an absolute Champion and I am more grateful than I could ever express here in words.

Looks like I might just have to buy a premium licence for Woocustomizer for future projects anyway.

If this is the kind of support you provide for someone who hasn’t even purchased from you as yet, then anyone who does use your plugin/s or theme/s is in for an absolute treat.
