    Hello!
    I have an issue with paypal check-in.
    Once I have purchased one ticked, if I want to buy a second one, even if it’s for a different event, with a different date, I get this message on paypal:
    “This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant.”

    I found a thread for the PRO version of the plugin, but it’s been solved privately.
    Has this occurred woth the free version before
    Can you help?

    Hi Chiara,

    That must be frustrating.

    We’re actually already investigating this very issue and so I’ve attached your topic to our internal bug report: once we figure things out we’ll come back and share an update.

    One thing I’m curious about: does this only happen in your own testing and are you making consecutive purchases from the same browser (might you also have logged in with your merchant account during the same session)?

    Also, have actual customers hit up against this problem, to the best of your knowledge?

    Any and all insights are appreciated ??

    Hi,
    thanks for your reply.
    The website is still under construction, so it’s been just me at the moment.
    I have asked my client (the website owner) to try and see if she gets the same.
    Yes, same browser (Chrome on windows).
