• Hey there,

    As mentioned above,

REFERENCE Contact form 7 on link given in website is working good: samhealth.org.sg/about-samh/contact-us/

The Message on the form can be sent (with no errors notified), but somehow when the email sends, it ignores all recipients such as sent to, reply to, CC , BCC and it only returns the sender a message as given below. Even ignores html formatting and provides a “raw” format. It was working completely fine earlier today until this randomly happened.

Have tried various method which I can think of, but is unsuccessful.

[ MIME email content removed ]

Is this a bug? As I seem to be getting this only on this contact form.
Cant seem to find a solution online or at the forum.
Please advice on this as this is extremely urgent.
    Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Don’t post the email content again, that does not work here. If you need to share that then paste that into https://pastebin.com/ and share the link to that paste.

    Hey there,

I’ve re-created an entirely new page and contact form and it seems to be working fine now. I am guessing it was some sort of bug as I replicated everything from scratch.

Anyways, would like to check, is there a way to CC / BCC multiple recipients?
As I’ve tried as per the instructions for example: “cc:[email protected],[email protected]”. However, noticed that the email when send, it only pulls the first email only.

Have also tried adding separate lines for example: “cc:[email protected]” “cc:[email protected]”.

Is there something that I am missing?
