This is a MUST HAVE for your site.

I played around with a few of these as I think they are VITAL for any business running a website.

I tried Formilla and found that it was VERY easy to set up and run, even for someone brand new to wordpress.

I sent a message to them via their chat system and received an instant email from a guy who was extremely helpful.

I have now paid for the pro version as he answered all of my questions. Since I added the chat widget to my site (1 hour ago), I have already potentially made a sale. It shows whos on your site and allows you to pop a message up asking if they need help. Amazing.
