this is embarassing message

I set up publicize for my posts linking my twitter account.I went thru the set up process to link my twitter account.
The post title successfully shows up on my twitter feed but when you click on the link in the twitter feed to take you back to my blog posts, the message “this is embarrassing” message, “try a search” is on my home page.
I did notice on the post page from the dashboard that even though it seems twitter is set up correctly, when you look at the publicize info, the box next to “link to twitter” is not checked.
There is a link displayed in the box. Do I need to manually change this?
