This is getting ridiculous – repeat awards!

This has now happened twice to the Admin account on https://www.geekandjock.com
There is one badge that has triggered a repeat award that has fired off 50+ of the same achievement TWICE, via Credly.
I’ve doubled checked the setting per below and seems to be fine.

Any ideas why this is happening?
