It’s nice and clean, a look I really like. I like how you’ve done the header with the folder tab effect, though I’m not sure why you need 3 titles in the header. The middle one looks odd.
A minor detail, you should validate your page and fix a few minor errors to make sure you are set for the future as errorless as possible.
The titles of your articles are HUGE and overpower the clean classy look so you might consider reducing the size. And this last part is a personal preference, but there is an old graphic designer guide that still applies today. Either bold, italic, or underline something, but to bold and underline, or bold and italic, or italic and underline – combining two or more is SCREAMING rudely. Similar to the usage of captial letters. I’d get rid of the underline on the heading link but leave it for all the other links within the article if you want.
