I notice it:
1. Your Google Plus link isn’t a profil link
2. When I click on the banner (bottom of the page), the javascript doesn’t work.
3. Rewrite your urls: https://klizac.com/?p=2269 isn’t good for the seo (put keywords in the article’s url).

2.If you think about the 125×125, there are there so we can show where other sites can put their banners.
3.If i rewrite, or automaticaly do that, cause my language (macedonian – Македонски) the link would appear like this https://klizac.com/%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B8-%D0%B2%D0%BE-%D0%B6%D0%B8%D0%B2%D0%BE/
