  • I have been having the same issue. I was thinking that this might be a result of the unique member roles that I created. But it doesn’t seem to be the problem.

    We had this problem last week
    The new update 2.1.9 does this. You have to roll back to 2.1.8.

    Not sure why they dont fix it

    Thanks @dacregistry, I have not needed to this before, how do you reinstall the older version?

    downloaded a rolleback plug in, then it gives you the option to do this.
    But I am seeing that removing the role drop down uption on the profile changes this. I am going to try this as well.

    So I installed WP Rollback, and reactivated UM 2.1.8. Everything is working perfectly now.
