This is the blog that RSS built..possible?

I have set up a blog that is planned to be the center of a ring of blogs that all revolve around similar topics. We want the blog to aggregate posts from all the other blogs and actively update itself (in posts) when the other blogs are updated.

I have seen other posts in this forum that are asking the same thing, but no one can come up with a response. Is this possible using WordPress, or do we need to look at another tool…
