This is the MathJax plugin to use

One of the authors, Peter Krautzberger, is key in the MathJax project. This plugin gives you access to key settings variables such MathJax.Hub.Config()–although you’ll need to read the documentation for that to know how to use it. There is room for someone to write a more user-friendly interface to such settings.
