This is the worst event plugin ever, don’t buy it

You have told: 3) Download version 4. Then it was a catastrophe: impossible to add an event, event links duplicated ad infinitum with each modification, the new editor full of bugs.

Ans: Could you please make a screen record and send it to us? Because we never faced such issues from any of our clients or never faced on QA faced. And event link issue is already solved on version 4.0.5. The new editor can be affected by some bugs but it would be great if you could make a screen record of your issues and send it to us.

When we can proof that these issues are not avaialable right now, then we will request you to please update the rating.

I literally have an email conversation with you apologizing for the bug and despite the update, nothing works properly.

You have to understand that your lack of professionalism penalizes people who are trying to develop their business. Those who have paid for the pro version because of critical errors should look for an alternative solution.

Do you really think that a normal person is going to wait for you to fix your bugs?

It seems you misunderstood the last reply. We never said that the URL issue wasn’t found out from any clients nor we faced. We specifically said that there was an issue with the URL and we have fixed it.

We understand that Eventin plays a crucial role in our client’s business. Several critical issues have arisen because it’s a plugin with numerous complex functionalities. Our team is working hard to restore the reputation and fix all the bugs as soon as possible. 

We have addressed all the major issues that have been raised so far and are taking necessary steps to fix all of them as soon as possible.

You are right. a regular person who needs an instant event management solution is not going to wait. We are working to fix the bugs, please allow us some time and please try to understand us. I hope we will recover everything ASAP.
