This little plugin helped me a great deal

  • I used a similar plugin about two years ago and ever since I installed it, there is an orphan entry related to roles in my database.

    It didn’t bother me until an update of a plugin crashed my site.

    By resetting to WordPress standard roles with the help of this little plugin, the error was fixed.
