    Hi @tylermoncrief,

In your case you would want to add the www because that’s what your domain name resolves to. For example, if you go to theperfecthearts.com you will notice it automatically forwards you to https://www.theperfecthearts.com.

Add the www back to your GPay console domain setting and wait about 15 minutes then test again. Let me know once you do that and I will test as well.

Also make sure you copied your exact merchant ID from your GPay console into the plugin settings.

    Kind Regards,

I did both already actually. The www didnt work for me 2 days ago, so I made another intergration without www because I seen that was the fix in the forum for others.

    Hi @tylermoncrief,

When you tested the www did you already have your merchant ID? If you were trying to use live mode and had not entered your Google merchant ID you would received that message.

Yup, I had my merchant ID inside of the plugin already.

I went to my stripe dashboard and google pay wasnt an available option but apple pay was. So I chatted with them and they told me to contact the plugin maker

    Hi @tylermoncrief,

Can you provide screenshots of your GPay console settings along with a screenshot of the Google Pay Settings page of the plugin? I am certain there is something misconfigured because that error is coming directly from Google’s API not the plugin.

If you don’t want the images public you can contact me via the Help button located in the plugin’s settings pages.

    Kind Regards,

Update: merchant shared their config details and their domain entry in the GPay console had capital letters in the entry. The values should be lowercase like the domain name.

    Marking as resolved.

    Hi @fouadhp,

Yes the reason you are receiving that error is because you should not include the “www”
qualifier in your GPay domain setting.

Once you correct that the issue will be resolved.
