This merchant is not enabled for Google Pay

    Our account for Google Pay was approved and we got the merchant ID already.

    But we keep getting that error, you can see in attachment files below:

    We have setup correct website link without www, but not sure why we keep getting that message.

    Can you support us in this situation?

    Hi @diepbui4157

    In the GPay settings, there is a separate config option for the domain which is different than the option you’ve shown in your screenshot. Our documentation covers that. We’ve had reports that the settings page in the GPay console is different if you’re in India.

    I can’t comment on what the GPay console should look like in India if that’s where your account is based.
