    Hello,
i installed yesterday the plugin and everything was working perfectly after the tests.
This morning a customer called and said that he couldnt send to us his request, so i went to check the errorlog and i found this: This messsage is classified as spam (4.7).

I have seen that the customer made a mistake writing his emaila ddress in the form, could be connected to it this error?

    Thank you

Possibly. Would you send me the transcript of the failed message so I can examine the log for server problems?

Emanuele, please remove your post above and send it to me directly through my Contact Form. It contains sensitive information.

I believe your problem is your domain, silent-disco.it, does not have an SPF record. Please read Contact Form emails are not being sent / not being received and then add your SPF record.

    Okay sorry.
Where can i send you a PM? Anyway, i think that the error was because the email was wrong. This at least can be the only option because everything works fine.

You can send it to me here. Did it work when you tried it with the correct customer email?

Are you using Contact Form 7? What happens if you change the body of the message?

Perhaps you should trying asking the owner of the mail server (supremebox.com) why is it spam. Show them the transcript.

Hi, i didnt understand so much about the SPF, where should i add the code line?

The SPF record is added to your DNS. If you’ve never done it, you will probably need the help of your hosting service.

The missing SPF may cause you problems when you try to send mail to Yahoo, but I don’t think it’s directly causing your Spam error message. I think you should ask your host about it, or try changing the message body so it looks less like Spam.

    Okay thank you.
i am contacting them. So i need to provide them the code i found?

    hendriks.ca. 3599 IN TXT “v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com -all”

    ?

    (@jasonhendriks)

No. That code is for Google. You need the code for supreme box.com. Your support can tell you what it is, and also help you with figuring out why the message is spam. Send them the same transcript you sent me.

hello, im having again the problems on the emails. On all the websites where i have postman. I send you a pm.

    Your error message is :

    Invalid e-mail address: [[email protected]]

So, exactly as the message says, you must correct the email address.

In your Contact Form 7 settings, I replaced :

    [[email protected]]

    With :

    [email protected]

The square bracket is an invalid character.
