This morning I updated..now Send Preview won't work.

    Hello, this morning upon logging in MailPoet asked to be updated. I didn’t hesitate and updated intending to carry on ad we’ve never had a problem before.
    We use MailPoet to send periodic email newletters, and my client and I can send each other previews emails so we can ok each others edits.
    Now that will not work. Neither of us can send ourselves or each other a preview.
    I’m concerned her subscribers will not get what we want to send!

    We are a small time, free user hoping to upgrade soon as our list grows but this is not good…Please point me in the right direction?

  • Hi, have you done a test of your Sending Method to see if it’s still working? Go to Settings page > Send with tab and try a test email to yourself. See if you will receive it.

    You know what since I wrote this everything seemed to fall into place and work again. We stressed a tiny bit for about 6 hours. I went through the settings and saved everything again and also flushed our cache. It all seems to work fine now.
