in admin panel, please make sure BLAZING Email Transfer, as a payment method, is enabled.
woocommerce->settings->payments->BLAZING Email Transfer

Please read my first sentence – “I have enabled BLAZING Email Transfer.”

Would you please tell me what version of WordPress and Woocommerce is running on your site?

Wordpress 6.1, WooCommerce 7.0.1, BLAZING Email Transfer 2.6.0

I tested with these versions, and it works fine for me.
I suggest you to check woocommerce->status, to see if something needs to be fixed.

the only other thing I can think of, is to change the order of “payment methods”.
if “blazing email transfer” is after another payment method, please move it up in the list.

BLAZING Email Transfer was ahead of Square, so I tried putting it after. No change. BLAZING Email Transfer still does not show on Checkout as an available option.

Update with solution: The issue was caused by my Payment settings in Woo. I had set Canada Post in the Enable for shipping methods. I should have left that box blank. Once I removed the shipping method, the payment method showed up on checkout.
