This organisation’s page is broken

    Testing the button on the site goes to a PP page saying “This organisation’s page is broken”. I have tried 2 different PP emails to different accounts and various browsers and PC and Mac. The result is the same.

    How can we fix this issue please?

    Hi, I just tested your URL above and it works for me. When I click on Donate button it takes me to a new tab “PayPal”, to make the donation. I can confirm this works for me. Clear your browser cache, then carry out a test. Try to use a different browser if you have more than two in your computer/laptop.

    Thank you for quick response. I tried another plugin and got it working but left them both active for the nun to try too.

    When I saw your reply I tried again and the button worked for me too so I disabled the other plugin to test if it was influencing working but it was not.

    I don’t know why it was not working last night but now it is working.
