This page can’t load Google Maps correctly

Thanks for getting in touch with us and my sincere apologies for the trouble you are experiencing.

I noticed that there is a 504 error on the link you mentioned and I was unable to debug this issue from my side.

Would it perhaps be possible to send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console on the page with the map so that I can assist you further and find the cause of the error? On Chrome, the console can be opened by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + J.

Hi everyone

Please make sure you have done all the following:

– Set up your API key (documentation)
– Set up billing for your project
– Enabled the APIs specified in the documentation above

Some common issues are:

Q) I see the error “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly”
A) Your API key has not been set up or set into our plugin correctly. Please see the documentation on installation and setup.

Q) I see “This API Project is not authorized to use this API” when focusing on an address field
A) The Places autosuggest is failing to initialize. You need to enable the Places API for your Google API project.

Q) I see “Request denied” when trying to add / edit a marker
A) The HTTP referrer string for your key is set incorrectly. Please use exactly this format: *example.com/*

Q) I see “Geocode was not successful” when trying to add / edit a marker
A) You need to enable the Geocoding API for your Google API project
