Hi guys. Please I will really appreciate some help. I just installed wordpress to my website. However, when I click on customize it shows a message “This page doesn’t seem to exist. It looks like the link pointing here was faulty”. I installed Astra theme and the same thing also happens when I click on Appearance and then “Starter templates”. I have tried several solutions including resetting permalinks, setting homepage to a static page, clearing browser data and changing permissions for files in the file manager.

Nothing seems to work. Please will appreaciate your help. Thanks

Yes. I did. First, I deleted the old one, and saved permalinks again. It didnt work and then I replaced the content of the new htaccess files with the Basic WP htaccess content. It also didnt work

Did you added any content to the website ? if no then I will suggest you to try to reinstall it using Cpanel if you already install it using Cpanel applications then you go to manage wordpress and you will see repaire or reinstall option there, try to do this way hope it will help you.

I already unsinstalled and reinstalled wordpress severally I keep running into the same error. As soon as I install Astra theme and go to starter templates i get the error “This page doesn’t seem to exist. It looks like the link pointing here was faulty”. I’ve tried other themes and the same thing keeps happening. At this point I don’t know what to do anymore

In that case, I recommend reporting the issue at https://wpastra.com/support/ so the theme’s designers can help you with this.
