I am using LifterLMS to build courses for my students. When students sign up, they usually make some mistakes with their names and I would like for them to be able to go back to their account page and edit the details. However, when they go to the “edit accounts” page as suggested by LifterLMS (https://techoacademy.com/dashboard/edit-account/), the page displays the error above. Is this an issue to be resolved with the LifterLMS plugin or wp? I’m new to WP, so please forgive me if it’s a little thing to fix. Please tell me how to allow students to be able to edit their account information.
    Thanks

  • Hi @tpvinnie,

This could be one of two things!

The first (if you are also using WooCommerce) could be a known conflict that we have resolved in LifterLMS version 3.31 so if you update to this version this should resolve the issue!

Otherwise, you may be missing the slug for the edit-account in your LifterLMS->Settings->Account page. On that page there should be a selection of endpoints and if edit-accounts is empty then this would result in a 404 error.

Please let us know if this helps!

    Thanks and take care,

Your response solved the issue! Thanks

I’m having the same problem with all of my course page links (lessons etc.). I’m new to wp and have no idea of what even a slug is.
