I’d recommend enabling HTTPS on your site, disable all caching on your site, switching to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen, disabling all non-Modern Tribe plugins, and then activate your theme, check the console, activate some plugins, check the console, and repeat.

My whole hearted apology, this was my fault.

After spending hours trying to fix this issue it was simply I had https:// hardcoded into the custom link of my wordpress menu. Changing it to https:// fixed the issue.
